This video is not for a beginner. It is more intermediate to advanced. This is a fat loss workout that you would work up to.  You can still do this workout and burn fat but be sure to cut the reps back and go at your own pace.

Here is what to do:

  1. Perform the following circuit 2-3 times
  2. Advanced people do 20 reps for each exercise, beginners do 8-10 reps
  3. Take a 60 second rest between exercises, beginners can take 2 or 3
  4. Rest 2 minutes between circuits, beginners rest up to 5 minutes

The following are your fat burning exercises in order:

  1. Power Press / Dumbbell shoulder press
  2. Reach for the top / Bidrdogs
  3. Shoulder Pull / Plate up right row
  4. Split Squat
  5. Split Squat Jumps

There you have it a fat burning workout to get you started on your way to a thousand calorie workout. No matter what your fitness level, very few people start with the 1000
